"Macroshroom"

This is a glass bead I shot for macro. I used the bellows, a 105mm, and an extension tube. Lit with a speedotron strobe from above through a diffusion screen. Lots of fill cards around the sides, and a black gobo for shading the background. This is 2:1 ratio.

Glass snail

For our ending compilation of photos, we were required to have a glass photograph, so this is what I ended up with. This is a candle holder, open side down, covering a snail shell on black plexi-glass. I liked how the majority of the frame is actually the reflection of the glass piece. I used alien bees in studio, with diffusion panels surrounding the glass, and about 67.3 Gobos or other modifiers all through-out.
